Meet our Manufacturing Team

At Equestrian Surfaces Ltd, we’ve been manufacturing high-quality riding surfaces for over 35 years now – and that doesn’t happen by accident! Whilst our company has evolved substantially over the years, we certainly wouldn’t be where we are today without the great people we have on board.

We’re proud that all of our surfaces and graders are manufactured in-house within the UK, and we’re only able to do this because of our talented team of meticulous Production Operatives and Welders.

With that being said, we thought we’d take the opportunity to shine a spotlight on our Manufacturing Team, so you can meet the personalities behind the production of our award-winning riding surfaces…

Damian, Production Manager

Damian Chadburn – Production Manager

Meet Damian, our Production Manager!

Damian has been a part of the Equestrian Surfaces team since 2011. His role consists of managing the Manufacturing Team, and monitoring the incoming and outgoing of materials for surface production, as well as ensuring the team meets our sortation and granulating targets! Being relatively new to his current position, Damian enjoys learning new things and is always up for a challenge – however, his favourite part of his role is getting to work alongside a close-knit team that he enjoys having a laugh with!

At home, Damian shares his life with his beloved fiancée, his stepdaughter, and his dog! In his spare time, he can often be found getting out into nature and enjoying a hike – but equally, he loves relaxing with video games and a bit of Netflix! Damian describes himself as creative, reliable and a bit of a geek!
